Terms of Service

By requesting service through NotaryNowDFW.com you agree to the following terms.

Scope of service. We arrange mobile notarization services performed by independent, commissioned Texas notaries public. We are not a law firm. We are not attorneys licensed to practice law in Texas and may not give legal advice, select documents for you, or accept fees for legal advice (Tex. Gov't Code ch. 406). For legal questions, consult a licensed Texas attorney.

Fees. Notarization fees are capped by Texas law (Tex. Gov't Code §406.024). Travel and convenience fees are separate, quoted, and itemized before dispatch. No payment is collected through this website.

Identification. Texas law requires satisfactory evidence of identity. Notarization will be declined — without refund of any incurred travel fee — if a signer lacks valid ID, is unwilling, or does not appear aware and able to communicate intent.

Communications. By submitting the request form with consent checked, you agree to receive calls and SMS about your request. Reply STOP to opt out.

Liability. Partner notaries maintain their own commissions, bonds, and where applicable E&O insurance. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service at issue.
