Everyone should be able to book a notary. Here’s what we do on this site — and how to reach us if something isn’t working for you.

NotaryNow DFW is committed to a website that everyone can use, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification.

What we do

  • Semantic headings, labeled form fields, and visible keyboard focus states.
  • Color contrast chosen against WCAG 2.1 AA targets.
  • Reduced-motion preferences respected; no autoplaying media.
  • Live estimate totals announced via an aria-live region.
  • Large touch targets and layouts tested from 320px-wide screens up.

Accessible appointments

Our notaries travel to you — homes, hospitals, and care facilities. If a signer needs extra time, a specific meeting arrangement, or communication accommodations, tell us when booking and we will plan for it.
