NotaryNow DFW generates mobile notary appointment requests across 18 Dallas–Fort Worth cities and routes them to approved, verified partner notaries. You choose which jobs to accept — compensation and the platform fee are shown before you accept anything.

  • You stay independent. Partner notaries are independent contractors — you control your schedule, service radius, and which appointments you take.
  • Pay shown up front. Every lead shows the customer total, the platform fee, and your payout before you accept.
  • Direct payouts. Approved notaries complete secure payout onboarding (Stripe) and are paid to their own account.
  • Real leads, no cold calling. Customers request specific appointments with confirmed pricing.
Please read before applying. Approval is not guaranteed, and lead volume is not guaranteed. Applicants must hold a valid, unexpired Texas notary commission and pass our verification process. Partner notaries remain responsible for their own legal compliance, notarial records, journal, seal and supplies, taxes, insurance, travel costs, and professional conduct. A configurable platform fee (currently 20% of eligible service revenue — never applied to statutory notarial-act fees) is deducted from completed bookings; full terms are in the Provider Agreement.

How approval works

  1. Submit the application — takes about 3 minutes.
  2. We verify your commission with the Texas Secretary of State and review your experience. We may request commission proof, E&O documentation, or background-screening confirmation through a secure channel — never upload sensitive documents through this form.
  3. If approved, you accept the Provider Agreement and complete payout onboarding.
  4. You start receiving eligible leads for your service area and availability.
